These terms apply to all cleaning services booked with BexbourneCleaning Co. ("we", "us"). By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Quotes for End of Tenancy, Deep Clean, and Commercial services are given based on the property size and information provided at the time of booking. Quotes for Probate and Compassionate Home Clean services are provided only after a site visit or phone consultation, given the variable condition of these properties. All prices are fixed once confirmed in writing and will not change without your agreement, unless the property's condition on the day differs materially from what was described at the time of quoting.
You're responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed time. If our team cannot access the property, a call-out charge of [£X] may apply.
Each service includes the tasks listed on the relevant service page. Anything not listed (e.g. exterior windows, garden work, wall washing) is not included unless agreed separately in writing.
For Probate and Compassionate Home Clean services in particular, please remove or point out to our team any valuables, cash, or sentimental items before the visit. Our liability for loss or damage to belongings is limited to [£X / the value stated in our insurance policy], and we recommend valuables are secured separately wherever possible.
Cancellations made less than [24/48] hours before the booked time may incur a cancellation fee of [£X or X% of the quoted price].
Payment is due [on completion / within X days of invoice] unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing (for example, with letting agents on account, or solicitors settling from an estate).
We carry public liability insurance of £[amount] and employers' liability insurance of £[amount]. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the service provided, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
If you're not satisfied with a clean, let us know within [48/72] hours and we'll arrange a re-clean at no extra cost where reasonable — see ourRefund & Re-Clean Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
