End of Tenancy Cleaning
A clean that passes inspection — or we come back free, within 72 hours.
What's included
- Full kitchen, including inside cupboards, oven, and extractor
- All bathrooms — descaled, degreased, disinfected
- Skirting boards, doors, door frames, light switches
- Internal windows and sills
- Carpets vacuumed as standard (steam cleaning available as an add-on)

Airbnb & Short-Let Turnovers
Fixed-fee turnover cleans with a guaranteed slot between guests — no surprises if a checkout runs messy.
What's included
- Full turnover clean: kitchen, bathroom(s), all rooms reset
- Damage and maintenance check with photo report after each clean
- Consumables restocking (toiletries, tea/coffee, bin bags)
- Linen laundering available as an add-on
- Key/lockbox management for unattended access

Term-time contracts and holiday deep cleans, built around your school day — not the other way round.

- Daily or evening term-time cleaning to a fixed schedule
- Scheduled holiday deep cleans: floors stripped, dining areas reset, high-level dusting
- All staff enhanced DBS-checked and safeguarding-induced before setting foot on site
- Early morning/evening access to avoid disrupting lessons
- Reactive call-out cover for spillages or incidents during term
For business managers:we'll do a free site walk-through with you to scope daily vs. holiday-only tasks before quoting — no contract signed sight-unseen.
